How would you describe the space?

Avenue D is an industrial space characterized by old-time luxury with both an indoor and outdoor space. Our event space can easily flex to whatever vision you have for your event.

Do you offer any other services?

Yes! We offer an A/V Package, Event Planning Services, and more. You can find out more here.

Do you have kitchen facilities?

Yes! We have both cold and warm storage, a sink, and prep tables.

What’s your capacity?

Our indoor capacity is 200 for a cocktail-style event. A "cocktail-style" event typically refers to a social gathering or party where guests mingle and socialize while enjoying a variety of drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Unlike a formal sit-down dinner, where guests are seated at tables for a multi-course meal, a cocktail-style event encourages a more casual atmosphere with guests standing or moving around the venue.

How much does it cost to book your space?

We offer several packages and a la carte services to fit any budget.


Do you have a preferred vendor list?

We’re working on building a list of community partners that we love. But you aren’t required to use them.

Can I book your space for a photoshoot?

Absolutely! We welcome photographers at Avenue D. Our space can easily flex to whatever your needs may be.

What is your alcohol policy?

If you plan on serving alcohol for your event, you’ll need to use our Bar Manager company. You can contact us here for more information.
